Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive your order confirmation by email.

Complete Your Crown
After purchase, use the Complete Your Crown link in your confirmation email to submit the final preparation details for your Crown, including cap size, preferred parting and Crown finish where available.

Production Begins
Crown Her operates on a made-to-order basis. Production begins once the ordering window has closed. Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for production.

Your Crown Arrives
Once dispatched, tracking information is sent by email. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Germany 1–3 business days. EU 5–7 business days.

Every Crown is made specifically for the customer and production begins after the ordering window closes. Production takes approximately 10–15 business days.

Longevity depends greatly on wear, styling and maintenance. We recommend regular washing with a gentle sulphate-free shampoo, moisturising conditioner, gentle detangling from ends upward, heat protection before heat styling, lightweight products and careful storage.
Chemical processing can affect hair condition and longevity. Harvest has already been professionally coloured to achieve her Brown shade, so further chemical processing should preferably be handled by an experienced colourist.
