Every Crown Her unit is made to order and prepared according to your selected configuration.

Production begins once the launch window has closed. From that point, please allow 10–15 business days for your Crown to be prepared before dispatch.

During production, your hair is selected, your unit is constructed, customized, quality checked and prepared for shipment. If you selected a styling finish through Complete Your Crown, this is also completed before dispatch.

Once your Crown has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Your Crown should fit you, not the other way around.

After purchasing Eden, complete your Complete Your Crown form using the link provided with your order confirmation. This is where you'll provide the customisation details required for your Crown, including your cap size and other available preferences.

Crafted from Raw Vietnamese Hair in Natural Black, Eden showcases the hair in its most natural state with minimal processing to preserve its authentic texture, softness and movement.

Eden is constructed with HD Lace and is available in 2×6 or 6×6 lace options. Choose 2×6 for a simple, refined parting area or 6×6 for greater parting and styling flexibility.

As Raw Hair retains more of its natural characteristics, slight variations between units are completely normal and part of what makes each Eden Crown unique.

To keep your Crown looking its best, we recommend washing it regularly with a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo and following with a moisturizing conditioner. Detangle carefully from ends to roots, avoid heavy product buildup and always use heat protection before styling. Store your Crown properly between wears to help preserve its softness, movement and overall appearance.

The longevity of your Crown depends heavily on how it is worn, maintained and cared for over time.
